The BEESOU Hive Challenge
The BEESOU Hive Challenge is a cocktail competition celebrating modern bartending, focused on what is shaping bar culture right now: low-alcohol innovation, seasonal expression, and a commitment to sustainability.
Inspired by the precision of the hive, entrants are invited to champion seasonal ingredients, celebrating the landscapes that shape flavour while supporting bees, biodiversity, and pollinator-friendly ecosystems.
By entering, bartenders join a curated community dedicated to craft, education, and purposeful hospitality, competing for an exclusive and innovative learning experience, united by one mission: #SaveTheBees.
.Participants are invited to reinterpret one of the following classic cocktails through a low-alcohol mindset and a seasonal lens, balancing creativity with respect for the structure and identity of the original drink, while allowing the character of BEESOU Honey Aperitif to shine.

- 100ml Sparkling Wine
- Pink Grapefruit slice
- 30ml BEESOU Honey Aperitif
- 15ml Tequila Blanco
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 1Bsp Agave Nectar
- 30ml BEESOU Honey Aperitif
- 20ml Gin
- 20ml White Vermouth
Bartenders are encouraged to champion local and seasonal ingredients from their region, supporting biodiversity and healthier habitats for bees and other pollinators. Every mindful ingredient choice helps build a stronger Hive.
The cocktail should respect the structure and identity of the chosen classic while presenting a contemporary twist aligned with BEESOU values.

Final Prize & Global Ambassadorship
The winner of the BEESOU Hive Challenge 2026 will receive the title of BEESOU Hive Master 2026 and:
- Visit local master honey fermentation producers
- A 2-day wellness retreat inspired by apitherapy and nature
- An exclusive fermentation masterclass focused on honey and fermentation processes
- Immersive workshops exploring BEESOU’s identity and production philosophy
- An experience led directly by the Master Fermenter and BEESOU Founder
Travel and accommodation will be fully covered by BEESOU
Attend Bar Convent Berlin, one of the most influential bar shows in Europe, connecting global industry leaders, top bartenders, and premium brands.

- Engage with leading global hospitality professionals
- Opportunity to host a bar takeover at one of Berlin’s most renowned cocktail bars
The winner becomes an official UK BEESOU Bartender Partner and will:
- Participate in national trade events as a guest with Beesou
- Collaborate on cocktail development initiatives
- Contribute to mentorship and educational programmes
- Represent the brand at selected industry activations
- Collaborate with BEESOU on future creative initiatives
